Comments on Draft Handbook 1200-17

for comments submitted by NAVREF regarding the draft Handbook
1200.17 disseminated by NPPO Administrator Kim Collins for field
review. These are the result of considerable effort by NAVREF Chair
Donna McCartney, Vice Chair Eileen Lennon, PhD, and Bob Obana, executive
director of the Northern California Institute for Research and Education
(NCIRE). NAVREF board members were also given an opportunity to provide
input.
NAVREF
encourages NPCs to submit their own comments to Kim and/or to send an
email to Kim endorsing the NAVREF comments –
Kimberly.Collins@va.gov. The deadline is Monday, June 14.
Please note: Kim graciously
gave NAVREF permission to submit its comments as redlines in the body of
the “clean” document she disseminated rather than using her requested
format.
