BOARD MEMBER CONDUCT
Discussion
To ensure that board members understand their duties and responsibilities as
well as the consequences for noncompliance, all NPC boards should create and
approve board policies.
In addition, an explicit statement
of board expectations and practices is a useful reminder for board members as
well as a tool for educating prospective or new board members.
