BOARD MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
Discussion
Board members must be aware of their fundamental
responsibilities. Failure to fulfill these can result in serious legal
liabilities. Consequently, regular review of the basic duties of care,
loyalty and obedience and how these are operationalized is advisable.
