Receipt of Employee Handbook

Discussion

Employee handbooks with clearly written policies and procedures that are consistently followed are essential for resolving workplace problems and protecting an NPC. (More information on employee handbooks can be found in the BPP Employment Practices section.) It is also important that each employee sign an acknowledgement stating that they have received an employee handbook. This emphasizes the seriousness of each policy and gives the NPC legal protection when a policy violation occurs.
