OTHER POLICY REQUIREMENTS AND OBJECTIVES REQUIRED FOR FOUNDATIONS RECEIVING FEDERAL FUNDS

NPC's that receive federal awards must comply with policy requirements and other objectives that are applied by the federal agency from which the funds are received.  These requirements and objectives apply if the NPC is the grantee, sub-grantee, consortium participant, or contractor.  

The following is a list of additional policy requirements and objectives that are not covered in the workplace practices section of this web site and that may be required by some federal agencies.  Check with the funding agency to determine which policies are required.
