POSTER REQUIREMENTS

All businesses with employees are required to comply with state and federal regulations regarding the protection of employees.  Some statutes and regulations require that applicable notices be posted in the workplace.  However, not all employers are covered by each statute and, depending on the number of employees and the level of federal funding received, may not be required to post a specific notice.  In addition, some states may have different posting requirements.

Posters should be displayed so that they are easily visible to all employees.  See the helpful links below to find out which posters you must display.

Posters of general applicability:

  • Job Safety and Health Protection

  • Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA): Minimum Wage

  • Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

  • Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA)

  • Equal Employment Opportunity Act

  • Notice to Workers with Disabilities
