POSTER REQUIREMENTS
All businesses with employees are required to comply with state and
federal regulations regarding the protection of employees. Some
statutes and regulations require that applicable notices be posted in
the workplace. However, not all employers are covered by each statute
and, depending on the number of employees and the level of federal
funding received, may not be required to post a specific notice. In
addition, some states may have different posting requirements.
Posters should be displayed so that they are easily visible to all
