From Reagan National Airport (DCA)

Complimentary Airport Shuttle

 

Upon arrival at the airport, claim your luggage and go outside to the curb. Look for signs for the hotel shuttle pick up area.  The Marriott Crystal City at Reagan National Airport shuttle van stops every 15 minutes outside of baggage claim doors 5 and 9.  The shuttle runs every 15 minutes from 6:05 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.  Complimentary service.

Metro

The next easiest and least expensive way to get to the Marriott Crystal City at Reagan National Airport hotel is by using Metro, Washington’s subway system.  The upper level of the Reagan National Airport main terminal provides direct access to the airport Metro station.  Take Metro’s Blue Line towards Largo Town Center or the Yellow Line towards Gallery Place-Chinatown and get off at the Crystal City station (1 stop). The fare will be around $1.35.  Follow signs to the 18th Street South exit and then to the Marriot through the underground shopping mall.  Or using the 18th Street South exit, go up the escalator and outside to the street level.  The hotel is across the street at the corner of 20th Street and S. The Marriott Crystal City at Reagan National Airport is located in Crystal City, VA, about 5 minutes and 1 mile by cab from Reagan National Airport.  The fare will be approximately $10.00 in non-rush hour traffic.  Upon arriving at the airport, follow the signs to ground transportation on the lower level.

Distance to hotel: 1 mile / Drive time: 5 minutes. Take Route 1 North / Crystal City exit onto Crystal Drive.  Turn left on 20th Street.

From Dulles International Airport (IAD)

Service to the Marriott Crystal City at Reagan National Airport is available by following signs to ground transportation on the lower level.  The hotel is a 45-minute cab ride from Dulles Airport in non-rush hour traffic.  The fare is likely to be approximately $70.00 in non-rush hour traffic.

SuperShuttle (blue van)

 

Service is available to the hotel.  Upon arriving at the airport, claim your luggage and follow the signs toward Ground Transportation/Shared Ride Vans.  SuperShuttle ticket counters are on the lower level, just before the exit (open 6:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.).  Reservations are not required for service from the airport to the hotel.  Reservations are required, however, when returning to the airport.  Call 1-800-258-3826 to make your return reservation (24 hour advance notice required).  Cost is $26.00 one way.  Cost for additional passengers traveling together is $8.00 one way. 

Washington Flyer Bus (large gray and white buses) and Metro

A Washington Flyer bus departs from Dulles Airport every ½ hour to the West Falls Church Metro station for $8.00 one way; $14 round trip. Once at the Metro station, take the Orange Line towards New Carrollton to the Rossyln Station (6 stops). Driving

Distance to hotel: 32 miles / Drive time: 35 minutes. Take Dulles Access Road towards Washington, DC. Before 6:30 a.m. and after 9:00 a.m. Monday thru Friday, take Route 66 East to Exit 75, Route 110 South.  Take Route 110 South to Route 1 South.  Turn left onto 20th Street then left on South Bell Street.  Between 6:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Monday thru Friday, both lanes of Route 66 are HOV-2 eastbound, which requires at least two people in each vehicle.  Take the Dulles Access Road toward Washington,  After 11 miles, take exit 495 South towards Richmond.  From the Beltway 495 South, take I-395 towards DC (left exit).  Take Route 1 (Jefferson Davis Highway) South exit, turn left on 20th Street, turn left on South Bell Street; the hotel is on the corner.

From Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI)

Service to the hotel is available on the lower level near each exit.  The hotel is at least a 60-minute cab ride from the airport in non-rush hour traffic.  Estimated rate is likely to be $75 in non-rush hour traffic.

Amtrak

Distance to hotel: 55 miles / Drive time: 60 minutes. Take 295 South (BW Parkway) towards Washington all the way until it intersects with 495. Take 495 South to Richmond crossing the Woodrow Wilson Bridge (Potomac River). Take 2nd exit, 177B which is Route 1 North.  Follow Route 1 North to Crystal City.  Turn right onto 20th Street; and left onto South Bell Street; hotel is on the corner.

From the North
(New York/Baltimore)

Take I-95 South towards Washington, DC.  Take the Beltway 495 South to Richmond crossing the Woodrow Wilson Bridge (Potomac River). Take 2nd exit, 177B which is Route 1 North.  Follow Route 1 North to Crystal City.  Turn right onto 20th Street and left onto South Bell Street, hotel is on the corner.

From the Northwest (Gaithersburg) 

Take I-270 South to Beltway 495 West. After crossing the American Legion Bridge, take exit 43-44 to exit 43  (George Washington Memorial Parkway South). Take the Reagan National Airport exit and follow signs to Route 1 South / Crystal City exit onto Crystal Drive.

From the South
(Richmond)

Take I-95 North towards Washington, DC.  Keep straight onto I-395.  Take exit 8C onto S Hayes Street.  Turn slight left onto 15th Street.  Take right onto  Route 1 South.  Turn left on 20th Street, then left on South Bell Street.  Hotel is on the corner.

From Washington DC

Take I-395 South to Route 1 (left exit). Turn left on 20th Street, then left on South Bell Street.  Hotel is on the corner.
