Develops plans, procedures, and instructions for formulating and executing the financial statements for the HVAREF.
Provides historical financial data and technical assistance to all HVAREF program officials and investigators in the development of HVAREF budgets.
Performs duties associated with financial books and records to provide recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity, cost-effectiveness, and quality of work processes.
Must have knowledge of budgeting and cost accounting principles, theories and standards, and resource allocation methodologies.
Must be able to prioritize responsibilities and meet multiple, overlapping deadlines, and work with a high level of autonomy.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
