- Go to http://www.access.gpo.gov/su_docs/index.html.
This brings you to "GPO Access: Official Federal Government
Information at Your Fingertips."
- Under Quick Links, click on "Code
of Federal Regulations".
- Scroll down and click on Code of
Federal Regulations box on the left.
- Scroll down to locate title number
from list provided (i.e., Title 37 C.F.R.)
- Click on most recent date.
- Click "continue" box at
bottom of this page.
- Click on appropriate "part"
(i.e., 501-599).
- Scroll down and click on appropriate
part (i.e., 501)
- Screen before statute will state title
number and content of that part (i.e, "Title 37-Trademarks,
& Copyright; Chapter V-Under Secretary of Technology, Department
of Commerce; 501-Uniform Patent Policy for Rights in Inventions made
by Government Employees.")
- Choose either Txt or PDF file.
- Print or save text.

- Go to http://www.access.gpo.gov/su_docs/index.html.

- Under Quick Links, click on "U.S.
Code"
- Scroll down to pull down box of
databases.
- Select database from list provided
(i.e., United States Code 1994).
- Scroll down to "search
terms" box and type in number of statute using quotation
marks (i.e."35USC102").
- Click "submit".
- Click on "text".
