GOVERNMENT PASSPORT REQUIRED FOR OFFICIAL TRAVEL OVERSEAS
A government passport is required for VA employees
when traveling out of the country - even to Canada and Mexico - on official government business, regardless
of whether the government or some other organization such as an NPC or
university is paying for the travel.
