Please see below for an email from Renée Szybala that expands on the message sent on July 16 with Jeff Moore’s updated table showing the status of master template agreements.

As discussed in Renée’s email, linked below are the following documents:

• Updated model Phase III&IV Clinical Trial CRADA
• A “merge and compare” document showing the changes made; and
• “Annotations” discussing the major changes

If possible, some of the changes should be incorporated in Phase III&IV CT CRADAs currently under negotiation.

When initiating negotiations on a CRADA, please always go to the VA web sites and download the appropriate model to ensure that you are using the latest version.
