Health Care Reform for Employers

 

The health care reform legislation enacted on March 23 imposes a number of new requirements on employers.  NAVREF has received permission to forward to its members the attached analyses. 

 

You may note several minor discrepancies.  These are an indication of the complexity of the legislation and the potential for differing interpretations.  Clarifying guidance and regulations will be forthcoming during the coming months.
