ABOUT \ NAVREF Mentorship Program

The NAVREF Mentorship Program aims to provide individual support and professional development through quality mentoring relationships for all executive directors across our nationwide NPC community. We activate a diverse cross-section of experienced NPC leaders and match them with mentees in need of guidance.

The NAVREF Mentorship Program will consolidate original services such as:

• Peer-to-Peer Mentoring
• Best Practice Consultations
• NPC Essentials Training
• Special Annual Conference Activities Reserved Only for Mentors/Mentees
